Questions, answered

Is it really free to start?

Yes. Creating an account and building your menu costs nothing and needs no card. You only choose a plan when you publish the menu for diners.

How does the free trial work?

Monthly plans start with 30 days free. We ask for a card when you publish, and nothing is charged until the trial ends. Cancel before then and you are never charged. Yearly plans have no trial and are billed when you publish.

Can I get a refund?

The free trial is there so you can try everything before paying, so payments made after it are not refunded. Cancelling stops all future charges, and your menu stays live until the end of the period you paid for. See our Refund Policy.

Do my diners need to install an app?

No. They scan the QR code with their phone camera and the menu opens in their browser.

Can I change my menu after publishing?

As often as you like. Changes reach diners within a minute, and your printed QR codes keep working.

Can I use my own domain?

Yes, on the Pro plan. Every restaurant also gets an address on dhabago.com that works from day one.
