Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and DhabaGo (“DhabaGo”, “we”, “us”). They govern your use of dhabago.com, the owner portal at admin.dhabago.com and the online menu hosting it provides (together, “the Service”). By creating an account you agree to them.

1. The Service

DhabaGo lets restaurant owners build an online menu and publish it at a web address, with a QR code diners can scan. Creating and editing a restaurant is free; publishing it requires a paid subscription. The features of each plan are described on our pricing page.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for everything published from your account, including menu content, prices and any licence numbers you enter.

3. Subscriptions and payment

Subscriptions are billed per restaurant, monthly or yearly, and renew automatically until cancelled. Monthly plans start with a 30-day free trial and require a card; yearly plans are billed when you publish. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles customer service inquiries and returns.

4. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel from the Subscription page in the portal at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period or trial, after which your menu is no longer served. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You may not publish unlawful, misleading or infringing content, or use the Service to impersonate another business. We may suspend restaurants that do.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of your menu, logo and other content. You give us the permission we need to host and display it to diners while your restaurant is published.

7. Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before a claim.
