Refund Policy

1. Try it free first

Building a menu is free. Monthly plans then start with a 30-day free trial, so you can run your published menu with real diners before paying anything. Cancel at any time during the trial and you are never charged.

2. No refunds once paid

Because the trial lets you try the full service first, payments made after it, and yearly plans, which are billed straight away, are not refunded, in full or in part. This includes unused time when you cancel or switch plans mid-period, except for the credit a downgrade gives automatically.

3. Cancelling

You can cancel from the Subscription page in the portal at any time. Cancelling stops all future charges, and your menu stays live until the end of the period already paid for.

4. Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits any refund right you have under the law of your country. Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, and any refund goes back to the original payment method through Paddle. If you think you were charged in error, write to info.dhabago@gmail.com with the restaurant name and the email on your account.
